Refund policy

At Urbanhusk, our phone cases are custom-printed and made exclusively to order. Because of the personalized nature of our production process, we do not accept returns or process refunds for buyer's remorse or if the incorrect device model was ordered.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your item arrives defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the wrong product, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at Support@urbanhusk.com.

  2. Include your order number and a clear photograph showing the issue with the product.

  3. Our support team will review the issue and process your replacement or refund immediately without requiring you to ship the defective item back.

Authorized Returns In the rare event that our support team explicitly requests a physical return for inspection, please send the item to our production facility at:
